At Rochford Supply, we stand behind the quality of our upholstery and fabric products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, uncut condition and were not marked as final sale or custom-cut yardage.

• 2.
  Request an RA Number

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number, which is required for all processed returns.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Ship and Receive Refund

  Send the package back to our distribution center; once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus applicable restocking fees.
